Root canal cost in Delhi — what you'll actually pay.

Root canal treatment at our Defence Colony clinic starts from ₹6,000 for a front tooth. Back teeth have more canals and take longer, so they cost more. We check the tooth with an X-ray first and give you the full figure — including any crown — before we begin.

FAQs

Questions about cost

How much does a root canal cost in Delhi?

At our clinic root canal treatment starts from ₹6,000 for a front tooth, from ₹8,000 for a premolar and ₹10,000–₹14,000 for a molar. Complex re-treatments start from ₹15,000.

Is the crown included in the root canal price?

No — the crown is quoted separately, starting from ₹5,000 depending on the material. Most back teeth need a crown after root canal treatment to protect them.

Why does a molar root canal cost more?

Molars have three or four canals, often curved, so treatment takes longer and needs more instruments and materials than a single-canal front tooth.

Is root canal cheaper than an implant?

Yes. Saving your natural tooth with a root canal and crown usually costs far less than extracting it and placing an implant.
