Complete dentures replace all the teeth in an upper or lower jaw. Partial dentures fill gaps between remaining natural teeth and clip onto them for support.

For people who struggle with loose lower dentures, implant-supported dentures snap onto two or more implants, making them far more stable for eating and speaking.

Expect a short adjustment period of a few weeks while your mouth gets used to new dentures — small sore spots are easy to fix at a review visit.

How long does it take to get dentures?

Usually four to five visits over a few weeks, depending on whether extractions or healing time are needed first.

Will dentures look natural?

Yes. Tooth shape, size and shade are chosen to suit your face, and you see a trial set before the final dentures are made.

My dentures are loose — what can be done?

Old dentures can often be relined for a better fit. For lower dentures that never stay in place, implant-supported dentures are the most effective solution.

How should I care for dentures?

Brush them daily with a soft brush, soak them overnight, and keep regular check-ups so the fit and your gums are monitored.
